Who We Are

My name is Erick Mollel, a proud Tanzanian currently. I am the founder of Navoi Tanzania Safari — a company built not only to offer unforgettable travel experiences but also to be a bridge of hope for the people in my community. How it all started: Growing up in Tanzania, I witnessed firsthand the struggles many families face — especially children. Some go without food, school, or even basic care. These experiences stayed with me. I always dreamed of creating something that could both promote the beauty of my country and uplift the people who are often forgotten. That’s how the idea of Navoi Tanzania Safari was born — from a place of love, responsibility, and deep connection to my roots. Why the name “Navoi”? In our local language, Navoi means to soothe a crying child. It’s a powerful symbol. In our communities, many families are silently crying — struggling with poverty, lack of education, healthcare, and support.
Our mission is to soothe those cries, even if only in small ways. With every booking and every safari we organize, a portion of the profits goes back to the community — to pay school fees, offer medical help, and give hope where it’s needed most. This is not just business — it’s personal, and it’s purpose-driven.
