Itinerary

Meals: DinnerArrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport and be welcomed by your guide for a private transfer to your Arusha hotel or lodge. Relax, settle in, and receive a personal safari briefing. If you arrive early, enjoy a walking tour of Arusha town or a cultural visit. Dinner will be served at the lodge where you’ll overnight in comfort, preparing for your adventure ahead.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & DinnerAfter breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2 hours). Explore its baobab-studded plains, home to Tanzania’s largest elephant population, as well as buffalo, lions, giraffes, and a variety of birds. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, followed by a relaxed afternoon game drive along the Tarangire River. By late afternoon, continue to Karatu, a lush highland town where you’ll enjoy dinner and overnight at a cozy lodge nestled in the green hills.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & DinnerAfter breakfast, begin your journey to the Serengeti, traversing the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, stop for panoramic views at Ngorongoro Crater Rim before entering Serengeti via Naabi Hill Gate. Start your game drive across the vast Serengeti plains, searching for wildebeests, lions, cheetahs, and elephants. Reach your tented camp in central Serengeti before sundown, where you’ll enjoy a freshly cooked dinner and a magical night in the wild.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & DinnerRise early for a sunrise game drive, when predators are active and the golden light reveals the plains in their full glory. After breakfast at camp, set off for a full-day exploration of the Serengeti, depending on seasonal wildlife movements. You may visit hippo pools, predator dens, or open savannah for herds of gazelle and buffalo. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness and return to your camp for a peaceful evening around the campfire, with dinner under the stars.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & DinnerAfter an early breakfast, depart Serengeti and head toward Ngorongoro Crater. Descend 600 meters into the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera for a 6-hour crater tour. Home to over 25,000 animals, this UNESCO site offers chances to see the Big Five, especially the rare black rhino. Have lunch at the scenic hippo pool and continue exploring the crater floor before ascending back to Karatu for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Meals: Breakfast & LunchAfter breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its lush forest, soda lake, and tree-climbing lions. A compact but biodiverse park, it’s a great place to spot elephants, baboons, flamingos, and giraffes. Enjoy a half-day game drive followed by a picnic lunch overlooking the lake. In the afternoon, begin the drive back to Arusha, arriving by early evening for your final night at a lodge or hotel of your choice.

Meals: BreakfastAfter a leisurely breakfast, your guide will transfer you to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight. If time allows, visit a local market or cultural site before departure. Safari ends with memories to last a lifetime!
