Itinerary
Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Zanzibar and a transfer to the airport. After a short flight to Mikumi, you’ll be welcomed by your safari guide and proceed directly into the game drive. Explore the open plains, where you're likely to spot elephants, zebras, giraffes, and possibly lions and leopards. Midday, you’ll stop for a picnic lunch inside the park, surrounded by nature. The game drive continues into the afternoon, exploring different areas of the park such as the Mkata floodplain and Hippo Pools. By late afternoon, you’ll head back to the airstrip for your evening flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel. This is a long but rewarding day full of wildlife, landscapes, and unforgettable moments.
