Itinerary
Begin your adventure with an early flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival, meet your safari guide and drive directly to Tarangire National Park, a beautiful reserve dotted with ancient baobab trees and home to large elephant herds. Enjoy a game drive along the Tarangire River, where wildlife like zebras, giraffes, and lions gather to drink. Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park and continue exploring its diverse terrain. In the evening, arrive at your lodge located near Lake Manyara, where you’ll enjoy a hearty dinner and overnight stay. Meals: Lunch & Dinner
After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the "Garden of Eden" due to its lush vegetation and high concentration of wildlife. Enjoy a full game drive on the crater floor, spotting black rhinos, elephants, buffalo, hippos, and lions. Midday, break for a scenic picnic lunch by a hippo pool. After lunch, ascend back up the crater rim and return to your lodge for some relaxation, followed by a warm dinner and rest. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Enjoy an early breakfast, then head to nearby Lake Manyara National Park. This park is a birdwatcher’s paradise, home to flocks of pink flamingos, pelicans, and hornbills. You may also spot tree-climbing lions, baboons, and hippos. After a game drive and a picnic lunch, return to Arusha for your afternoon flight back to Zanzibar.
