Welcome to Navoi Tanzania Safaris. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and the safari/volunteering experiences we offer. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

We recommend all clients secure comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
3. Changes to Bookings
- Changes to travel dates, routes, or accommodations must be made at least 21 days prior to departure and may incur fees.
- Navoi Tanzania Safaris reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, park conditions, or safety considerations.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Navoi Tanzania Safaris is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
We act as agents for accommodation providers, airlines, and transport services, and cannot be held responsible for their actions or service failures.
5. Health & Travel Insurance
All travelers must have valid travel insurance covering:
- Emergency medical care
- Evacuation
- Trip interruption
- Loss of property
Vaccinations and health precautions are the responsibility of the traveler.
6. Passports & Visas
Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports and securing necessary visas.
We provide guidance but are not liable for issues caused by documentation problems.
7. Code of Conduct
We expect respectful behavior toward guides, staff, wildlife, and local communities. Any misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for trip disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or government restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
