Itinerary

Meals: Lunch & DinnerYour day starts with a 7:00 AM pickup from your Arusha hotel. Drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2 hours) for a morning game drive. This park is famed for its large elephant herds, ancient baobabs, and rich diversity of wildlife. After a picnic lunch inside the park, begin your scenic transfer toward the Serengeti National Park, traveling through the Ngorongoro highlands. Enjoy breathtaking views and wildlife sightings along the way. By late afternoon, enter Serengeti through Naabi Hill Gate. Enjoy a short sunset game drive en route to your tented lodge or camp inside the Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & DinnerWake up early for a sunrise game drive in the central Serengeti. This is the best time to spot predators in action — lions, cheetahs, and leopards are often active. After a couple of hours on the plains, return to camp for a hearty bush breakfast, then enjoy a final mid-morning game drive as you exit the park. Stop for picnic lunch on the route, then proceed to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, reaching the rim by evening. Check in at your lodge in Karatu or on the crater rim, have dinner, and rest ahead of the big crater descent the next day.

Meals: Breakfast & LunchAfter an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a wildlife haven and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy a half-day game drive across the crater floor, where you’ll likely spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hyenas, hippos, and possibly the elusive black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch near the Hippo Pool before beginning your scenic drive back to Arusha in the afternoon. Expect to arrive back at your hotel or airport by 5:30–6:30 PM.
