Day 1

Arrival in Arusha & Equipment Calibration

Karatu Highlands

Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), your private professional photo-guide greets you with chilled water and assists with gear loading. Transfer in your customized 4x4 photographic Land Cruiser toward the lush Karatu highlands.

Spend the afternoon relaxing, setting up camera bodies, testing power stations, and discussing shot lists. In the evening, enjoy a candlelit welcome dinner featuring locally sourced organic cuisine and fine wine.

Day 2

Tarangire Baobab & Golden Hour Elephant Tracking

Tarangire National Park

Depart before sunrise for Tarangire National Park. Position your vehicle for golden hour light illuminating Tarangire's iconic ancient baobabs and massive elephant herds along the silty riverbed.

Enjoy a gourmet field lunch overlooking the river before capturing late-afternoon side-lit action as dust clouds catch the setting sun. Return to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Journey to Central Serengeti & Sunset Silhouette Session

Central Serengeti

Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping for grand vista landscape shots along the crater rim before descending into the endless Serengeti plains.

In the late afternoon, conduct a dedicated big cat search around Seronera's granite kopjes. Your guide positions the vehicle against the setting sun to capture silhouetted lion prides and acacia trees before heading to camp for dinner.

Day 4

Serengeti Sunrise Balloon Aerial Photography & Big Cat Action

Day 6

Day 7
