Our team is based in Arusha, a short drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport and the start of every northern-circuit safari. We meet most guests on arrival.

Before you write
How far ahead should I plan?

For June to October and the festive season, 9 to 12 months ahead gives you the widest choice of lodges. For other months, 3 to 6 months is usually enough, and we can often help at shorter notice.

Can you change one of your itineraries?

Always. Every itinerary on this site is a starting point. We adjust the length, pace, lodges and route around you.

How does payment work?

A deposit confirms your booking, and the balance is due before you travel. The details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Do I need a visa for Tanzania?

Most visitors do, and many nationalities can apply online through the official Tanzania eVisa service. We send practical guidance with your proposal. Always check the official requirements for your passport.
